You can install these ringtones on your IPhone by downloading the file on to your computer.  Once the file is on your compuer click on the file and it will be placed in your ITunes ringtones list.  Once the file appears in ITunes sync your itunes ringtones to your IPhone and test the ringtone by selecting the ringtone in your IPhone.
